About the Role
We seek a specialist to perform pre‑shipment inspections and audits of production sites based on client requirements, document the findings, and communicate results to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
>Conduct pre‑shipment inspections and production audits according to client requirements.- Prepare inspection reports including results, photographic documentation and any non‑conformities.
- Communicate with clients, manufacturers and suppliers.
Qualifications
- Minimum technical secondary education (higher technical education preferred).
- Proficient in English sufficient for free communication.
- Experience in B2B customer service (preferred).
- Systematic and precise execution of tasks.
- Experience with technical documentation for a wide range of product families.
- Experience performing product inspections in manufacturing plants (preferred).
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to use measurement instruments.
- Independence in task execution.
- Willingness to undertake frequent travel within Poland and Europe.
- Experience in the furniture industry (2‑3 years) is preferred.
