Overview
We are looking for an experienced Specjalista ds. BIM responsible for implementing and coordinating BIM processes on multidisciplinary projects. The successful candidate will support project teams in ensuring high‑quality models, documentation and efficient digital collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Support the project team in the execution of projects using BIM technology
- Manage and configure the Common Data Environment (CDE) for
- Create, update and oversee BIM documentation for internal and external use
- Prepare BIM models and conduct multidisciplinary coordination in a digital environment
- Implement and refine BIM processes and procedures on projects
- Conduct quality control and audits (QA/QC) of industry models
- Collaborate closely with engineers and designers from various disciplines
- Support the development of team members’ BIM competencies
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry and design processes (architecture, structures, MEP installations)
- Understanding of interdisciplinary collaboration and inter‑disciplinary dependencies
- Analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently to complete tasks
- Higher technical education
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Preferred minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Advanced knowledge of CAD and BIM applications
- Excellent familiarity with BIM standards and CDE
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Experience teaching and knowledge transfer
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple concurrent deadlines
