Responsibilities

• Supervision of compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the workplace
• Conducting inspections, risk analyses, and workplace condition assessments
• Organizing HSE and environmental training sessions
• Preparing educational materials
• Developing accident documentation and participating in accident investigation teams
• Supervising waste management, environmental documentation, and protective equipment
• Preparing reports, maintaining records, and supporting the achievement of departmental goals
• Co-creating and updating HSE procedures, regulations, and instructions
• Cooperating with external institutions and participating in HSE audits and committees
• Managing the storage of workwear and personal protective equipment, overseeing lockers, and coordinating external service providers in this area

Requirements

• University degree or postgraduate studies in Occupational Health and Safety
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Knowledge of OHS, fire protection, and environmental protection regulations, along with practical experience in their application
• Ability to prepare documentation, analyses, and reports
• Independence, strong organizational skills, and good communication abilities
