As a Specification Engineer you will be contribute to technical evolution of IS systems and specifications creation process improvements and standardization.
responsibilities :
Specification management in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system:
Create and maintain all global product specifications for RRP Consumables, in accordance with PMI & regulatory requirements, with critical attention to accuracy.
Ensure that accurate specifications are established, updated and communicated to all relevant departments in a timely manner
Plan and control the material changes in PLM system in line with reference product specifications and Direct Materials Purchasing department strategies.
Ensure the specification changes are conducted in line with production schedules and material availability.
Continuously improve master data for product specifications creation: Develop and respect best practices in specifications management. Develop mistake proof system supporting product quality and production effectiveness.
Provide training, support, and resolution of issues in the management of specifications within PPM HUBs as well as Designers and other relevant stakeholders when applicable
requirements-expected :
Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent
Fluent in English, both written and oral
Previous experience (1-3 years) in multinational companies
Previous experience (1-3) in bill of material management and product life cycle management applications (i.e SAP, PLM, etc..)
Very structured and detailed oriented mindset
Team player attitude, willing to support and work in close collaboration with colleagues
