Eviden is looking for a Specialized Sales Representative for High‑Performance Computing (HPC). The new colleague should be based in Eastern or Central Europe (preferably Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, or Croatia) and will support customers in their data‑driven decision‑making by offering our portfolio of HPC solutions. The target market is HPC and AI infrastructure clients in Central and Eastern Europe, focusing on enterprises implementing AI, ML, big data analytics and cloud computing.

The ideal candidate will be self‑motivated, results‑driven, passionate about technology and able to understand and communicate complex technical solutions to diverse stakeholders. You will work with a highly experienced, motivated, and technologically well‑trained team that is part of a leading technology company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HPC, AI and Quantum computing market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Create and present compelling technical solutions and proposals
  • Meet and exceed annual sales targets
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design custom HPC solutions
  • Stay current with industry trends and technological developments
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in HPC or AI training systems
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business accounts
  • Strong understanding of HPC technologies, architectures and applications
  • Experience selling to research institutions, universities and commercial enterprises
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills in English
  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a scientific field (or equivalent experience)
  • Willingness to travel within the defined region

Desired Skills

  • Knowledge of parallel computing, storage solutions and networking
  • Understanding of scientific and engineering applications
  • Understanding of AI methods and machine learning
  • Existing relationships within the Eastern Europe HPC community
  • Negotiation skills and experience closing complex deals
  • Business qualification or MBA
