Specialista / Specjalistka PMO (Project Management Office)

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve PMO standards, processes, templates, and tools to ensure a consistent approach to project delivery across the organization.
• Support and advise Project Managers and senior leaders in applying project management methodologies – including defining objectives, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Contribute to portfolio planning and structuring by coordinating project priorities, monitoring dependencies, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor and track project progress: establish reporting mechanisms, analyze deviations from planned results, and propose corrective or preventive actions.
• Prepare management reports and decision-making materials summarizing project performance, risks, and recommendations.
• Optionally, lead selected projects or programs directly, especially complex or cross-functional initiatives.
