Specialist with knowledge of Czech and Slovak (or additional languages) or Danish

For our client - an international company from the production sector, we are looking for specialists with knowledge of foreign languages to join the offices in Krakow or Poznan.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer orders into the companys order management system.
• Ensure all order details, pricing, and customer information are entered correctly.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to clarify any order-related queries.
• Communicate effectively with Sales, Customer Support, and other relevant departments as needed.
• Address and resolve order-related issues promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the Local Sales Support team to ensure seamless coordination in the order entry process.

Requirements:

• C1 level of Czech + (any additional European languages e.g. Slovak) OR C1 level of Danish.
• Advanced knowledge of English - B2.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer and stakeholder orientation.
• Desire to develop in the international environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
