Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Specialist to join our team, focusing on managing and ensuring adherence to social security regulations. In this role, you will oversee social security programs, administer benefits, and maintain compliance reporting, ensuring effective execution of policies within the organization. Your expertise in social security laws and regulations will be crucial to supporting our clients.

  1. Administer and manage social security benefits, including retirement, disability, and healthcare programs, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  2. Regularly update and revise internal social security policies to reflect regulatory changes and organizational requirements.
  3. Identify opportunities to enhance social security processes and policies, leading discussions with clients and internal teams to implement improvements.
  4. Coordinate social security services across clients, ensuring timely compliance and providing technical support.
  5. Collaborate with external service providers and government agencies to facilitate smooth administration of social security programs.
  6. Handle the submission of social security applications on government websites and monitor the progress of obtaining and distributing certificates.
  7. Track the receipt of social security certificates, verifying their accuracy, and resolving any issues related to overlapping travel or certificate coverage dates.

Qualifications:

  1. Fluent English is a must.
  2. German B2 level is a must.
  3. Relevant education or experience.
  4. Proactive work approach with the ability to make appropriate decisions.
  5. Strong prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently.
  6. High levels of confidentiality and resilience in a busy role.

Additional Information:

  1. This role is open in a hybrid working model with 1-time monthly visit to our office in Opole or Katowice.
