Specialist Total Reward (Interim role, 5 months contract, remote work from Poland)
The purpose of the job is to support the implementation and maintenance of compensation and benefits related processes, projects, policies, and practices to ensure alignment with global guidance and market best practices in order to attract, retain, and motivate the required talent. This position supports the Corporate Total Reward CoE team and partners across the business to ensure total rewards programs drive high performance and enhance the employee experience. This role is a 5-month temporary work agency contract.
- Supports annual processes related to compensation for Sonova Group Companies, including the annual merit and bonus processes, in accordance with alignment and partnership with the Corporate Total Reward CoE team.
- Supports the process around the long-term incentive (EEAP), as and if required.
- Ensures maintenance of the global job architecture and grading framework and benchmarking, including participation in compensation data surveys and support on building salary bands.
- Prepares Excel tools & spreadsheets and improves existing templates including formulas.
- Partners with global colleagues for key compensation initiatives such as compensation programs implementation, job grading/levelling, market benchmarking, tool development, and the design of short-term and long-term incentive programs, including alignment and compliance.
- Secures alignment with global colleagues to manage and oversee the compensation-related programs/projects with a strong focus on keeping stakeholders responsible for tasks and meeting timelines, including project planning, stakeholder management, and communication cascades.
- Establishes and maintains program documentation, including plan descriptions, policies, guidelines, and processes and procedures.
- Operates in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
- Other duties as assigned.
Your profile:
- Masters or Bachelor Degree in HR or related field.
- From 2 to 5 years of experience in managing compensation in an international organization.
- Working knowledge of business models, objectives, financial metrics used in decision making; ability to build business cases to support initiatives.
- Ability to lead and facilitate projects, meetings, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes and results.
- Effective presentation and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
- Highly analytical with the ability to evaluate complex data and make informed recommendations.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, self-starter and good self-management, ability to develop collaborative relationships with colleagues at different levels across the organization remotely.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to adjust approach to effectively interact with various levels across the organization.
- Proficient level of English.
- Expert Excel skills including complex formulas for payout calculation.
- Shared Service/HR Operations, Consulting, Systems implementation experience is a plus.
- Experience with HCM systems such as SAP Success Factors is a plus.
