We are looking for a Specialist/ Senior Specialist for the companys internal HR and payroll services. Cooperation in an international environment, required knowledge of one of the languages at min B2 level in addition to Polish (English, German, Dutch).







Tasks:

• Supportting of employees in the issues of human resources and payroll 
  
  
• Responding to employee inquiries regarding personnel issues – contracts, leave, documents by phone, e-mail and chat
  
  
• Checking information in the internal system
  
  
• Processing of ongoing orders from the country
  
  
• Contacting with the national HR unit
  
  
• Extracting reports from Excel
  
  
• Ensuring professional support and building relationships with internal customers 
  
  

Requirements:

• Fluency in Polish and English or Polish and German or Polish and Dutch
  
  
• MS Office knowledge  
  
  
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days at home)
  
  
• Personnel Administration and Payroll experience 
  
  
• Experience in working on SAP and ticketing system
  
  
• Communication skills, commitment and willingness to gain new experience in HR and payroll is a must
