Job Overview

As a Specialist – Regulatory Operational Excellence you will help shape regulatory processes that make our work faster and more reliable. We value curiosity, clear communication, and a practical mindset. Responsibilities

  • Process Health Authorities invoices accurately and ensure timely payment in compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve payment‑related incidents, collaborating with stakeholders to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor and analyze payment workflows, identifying inefficiencies and proposing process improvements to enhance accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

  • Academic degree.
  • Experience in regulatory operations, regulatory affairs, quality systems or related functions.
  • Experience with process improvement methods or tool implementation projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Polish language skills preferred.
  • Proficient with standard office software and comfortable learning new systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to optimize processes.
  • Can‑do attitude, proactive and solution‑oriented in resolving challenges.
