Project Specialist – Kimtech™ Portfolio
Ansell is looking for a Project Specialist – Kimtech™ Portfolio to join our team in Krakow, Poland.
In this position, you will play a key role in supporting the Project Manager (PMO) in planning, coordinating, and executing multiple Kimtech™ portfolio projects for the Scientific Business Unit. You will ensure tactical coordination among internal cross‑functional stakeholders, timely delivery of tasks, and adherence to project goals, budget, and quality standards—all while maintaining a strong customer implementation focus. What your role will be?
As a Project Specialist, you will:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, helping define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Lead planning, monitoring, and managing new and ongoing projects from initiation through completion.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (including Product Supply, Global/Regional Category Management, Quality, Regulatory, CX, and Marketing) to progress projects.
- Organize and lead meetings to track project progress and document minutes.
- Develop and maintain project documentation (plans, risk logs, change requests) and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
- Monitor resource allocation and availability.
- Identify potential risks, elevate accordingly, and assist in mitigation planning.
- Log and follow up on issues until resolution.
- Own project tools and software for scheduling, tracking, and visibility.
- Support system updates and administrative work associated with entering products into systems such as PDH, PIM, and asset bank, ensuring data accuracy.
What will you bring to Ansell?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or International Business; project management training highly desirable.
- Lean Six Sigma accreditation is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience coordinating projects through completion; experience in Marketing, Customer Service, Product Management, or Business Management preferred.
- Experience leading cross‑functional project teams and working in global/matrix organizations is a plus.
- Familiarity with PPE or other regulated product categories is an advantage.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Smartsheet, or other project management tools.
- Fluent English (written/spoken); other European languages are a plus.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver projects within deadlines and remain agile to pivot as required.
- Excellent organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills, multicultural awareness, and ability to build networks in international environments.
- Analytical mindset, commercial acumen, and a strong drive for results.
- Team player with a growth mindset, self‑motivated, and able to work autonomously.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects in parallel with excellence.
- Willingness to travel internationally and domestically (up to 5%) and flexibility to work across time zones (APAC/NA/EMEA).
