Experience of designing and delivering high quality application architecture and standards
Ability to translate key complex technical issues into common business language and requirements

Understanding / experience in working with outsourced vendor in service management environment
Strong understanding of the “IT Service oriented” approach and culture
Your future role
Contact person for application covering (Daily, Contactify, Alleo and being responsible for the roadmap / lifecycle )
Drive road map covering design, architecture, in collaboration with LoB, external parties and IT infrastructure team
Service-subject matter expert delivering overall service lifecycle support (i.e. root cause analysis, complex problem management, etc.)
Governance – Ensuring that all necessary roles (Business Owner, Service Owner, ITS Owner and members of the change advisory board) are defined
Issuing and maintaining audit proof product documentation (no major findings, IT Audits at least satisfactory)
Own the release management process and facilitate the decision making
Maintain ServiceNow CMDB records as required according to the minimum standards
Conduct recurring activities to maintain the service throughout a financial year (Year Wheel)
Oversight of Total Costs of Ownership incl. License management, estimates time and material, SLAs with internal and external suppliers, recharge agreements and financial
