Specialist Procurement (m/f/d) role at Resmed

To strengthen our procurement team, we are looking for a committed Specialist Procurement (m/f/d), initially on a one-year fixed-term contract.
Your varied activities include
- Independently obtaining and reviewing quotes
- Collaborating with product management or relevant departments on product launches
- Placing orders (for both stock-managed and non-stock-managed items)
- Invoice verification and approval
- Handling supplier complaints and initiating corrective actions
- Procuring QM certificates and supplier declarations
- Independently managing inventory and stock control
- Creating and developing reports (e.g., shipping data, procurement KPIs, SOX reports)
- Participating in cross-departmental projects (e.g., product range reduction)
- Creating and maintaining article master data
- Preparing export documents (pro forma invoices and export declarations)
- Participating in and being responsible for internal and external audits of the department
What Your Profil Looks Like
- Completed studies or vocational training in business administration or a similar qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to draft and negotiate complex contracts
- Excellent organizational skills
- Fluent German (spoken and written), good English skills are a plus
