Your New Role...
Warner Bros. Discovery is searching for an Specialist (Pre-Payroll) to join the Global Business Services (GBS) People & Culture (P&C) Operations team.
This role is based in Warsaw and will be the key player, regularly interacting with P&C Partners, other GBS P&C Operations Teams and employees and address their P&C Services-related requests.
In this role you will utilize your excellent customer service skills to deliver an exceptional employee experience, partnering with subject matter experts across our People & Culture function to provide timely responses to employees queries across our Europe (EMEA region). We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering an exceptional employee experience/interest in payroll/data administration and is comfortable working in fast-paced international and challenging environment.
Your Role Accountabilities...
Collect, manage, and verify data that has to be submitted to the Payroll teams for the payroll process run.
Prepare various reports (predefined/ad-hoc) required for payroll process preparation.
Update/maintain master data in relevant HCM systems if required for the respective country.
Analyze data processed in the systems to determine compliance and accuracy.
Conduct audits and quality assurance testing to ensure the accuracy of transactions and processes.
Support employees, line managers, and external vendors with diverse queries and service requests across various communication channels, including case management.
Manage and action cases requested by employees in the HCM system and ServiceNow.
Work collaboratively as a global team with other areas of the People & Culture team or other WBD teams (such as Global Technology & Operations) to resolve escalated or misdirected employee questions.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of employee records.
Assist with testing related to People & Culture systems if required.
Participate in People & Culture projects and initiatives to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date process guides for the Pre-payroll team.
Focus on ongoing process improvements.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience...
Experience: 2+ years Human Resources administrative or related experience required, preferably from a global shared services environment. Must be able to maintain confidentiality and use confidential information appropriately.
Language Requirements: Fluency in Polish &French& English both written & spoken
Hybrid Work Environment: Ability to work in office 2-3 days per week. Communication: Exceptional communication and customer service skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly at all levels and in English. Must have flexible and adaptable attitude to cope with fast changing and complex environment. Comfortable working with a global consumer base and different Cultures
Relationship Management: Strong relationship skills. Experienced in building and maintaining effective collaborations. Recognized for reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness.
Process Management: Skilled in process improvements and problem solving, taking initiative to own work projects/tasks. Ability to manage ad hoc high-volume activities in a fast-paced environment independently.
Organizational Skills: Excellent planning, time management, prioritization, and follow-up skills. Has strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Basic experience in project management
Technical Skills: Payroll related experience. Knowledge of People & Culture (HR) Systems like ServiceNow (case management), Workday, SAP, ADP is preferred. Strong skills required with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
