,[Design, implement and test Power BI reports in collaboration with the business units. , Design, implement and test customizations and processes in Dynamics 365 CRM always keeping the end user in mind. , Create and manage custom entities, fields, formulas, analytics, snapshots and reports including the development of custom reports and dashboards. , Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. , Suggest automation to gain efficiency. , Designs business solutions that connect Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and AI Builder. , Translates business processes into digital workflows and apps. , Owns governance basics (environments, security roles, data modeling). , Works closely with business stakeholders and IT. , Providing support and end-user training. , Preparing and maintaining technical documentation. , Stay up to date with the latest Dynamics 365, Power BI and Power App features and trends.
