Specialist of Configuration Management & Ramp up Sales

Your responsibilities

  • Support in the optimization of the code structure and the new creation of options in our Sales configuration structure to enable a worldwide marketing of our product portfolio for the best customer value
  • Working on the model ruleset for an optimized visualization in the configuration tool
  • Confidently communicating regarding the interface function between sales and engineering, easiness of movement in both world
  • Continuously identifying potentials for optimization in the sales
  • Steering configuration management boards along the product development process
  • Take care of new equipment ramp ups and ensure a consistent and user friendly configuration system for the point of sales
  • Assume the project management for a continuous optimization of the process landscape

Our requirements

  • University degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, mathematics or business mathematics/engineering
  • Proficiency in English and German
  • Knowledge with automotive technology and industry-standard software or ready to familiarize with that topics
  • Open to new problem solving, present technical connections in a structured manner, analytical skills, creativity, ability to work under the pressure, international environment
  • Proficiency in Excel/Access
  • Nice to have: experience in a similar role and ideally some initial knowledge of configuration management
