Specialist, Inside Sales (with Finnish)

Join UPM Timber in Wroclaw Hub where we build sustainable solutions. We are seeking a Specialist, Inside Sales (with Finnish) to support our growing customer base in Poland.

What You Will Do

  • Execute sales activities and customer service through multiple channels: outbound and inbound phone calls, email, online video calls, and ERP/extranet systems.
  • Support external sales teams with customer interface tasks and provide offers, manage order intake and order lifecycle.
  • Maintain excellent quality of customer data and collaborate proactively with internal stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Finance) to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
  • Prepare reports, certificates and statements based on customer requests and onboard, guide and support customers with our online tools.
  • Analyze customer data, sales and customer service processes, contributing to the continuous development of our processes and tools.
  • Participate in trainings to deepen knowledge of products, systems and processes.

Who You Are

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • You are eager to learn new things and explore the secrets of the industry using wood.
  • You are an open-minded person who would like to become a part of a cross-functional and international organization.
  • You have sales and negotiation skills, you can engage customers, present offers and close deals.
  • You have customer service and communication skills.
  • You have experience with ERP systems, online tools and digital communication platforms.
  • You have problem-solving and collaboration skills and can manage diverse customer needs and operational challenges.
  • You are able to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are fluent in both verbal and written English and Finnish.

Additional Information: The position holder will report to Manager, Customer Service. We offer a hybrid working model.
