Mercer is seeking candidates for the following position based in Warsaw:

- Working closely with the Compensation Management Services team based in the US this role will provide day-to-day support for Mercers Engagement Managers and Consultants

We will count on you to:
- Manage membership/global accounts in Mercers internal systems
- Support membership teams in the US with all activities related to clients databases maintenance (survey participation, accesses to Mercer products and working with Mercers technology solutions, internal reporting)
- Develop and sustain good relationship with your internal account managers and other stakeholders
What you need to have:
- Basic Excel skills
- Very good command of English
- Attention to detail and the ability to make a conscious effort to understand causes instead of just the effects
What makes you stand out:
- Ability to work well under time pressure in a fast-paced, flexible and remote environment
- Experience within a large Shared Service/BPO environment in a similar role
- Advanced Excel skills
