Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in F&A domain, preferably in accounts receivable.
• Experience in customer‑facing roles.
• English C1 and Romanian C1/C2 (essential for client communication).
• Good communication skills, attitude for problem solving and teamwork skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office package.
• Highly developed, self‑organisation.

Key Activities

• Telephone contact in Romanian (responding to phone calls, e‑mails, and queries from the clients).
• Perform cash collection activities – chasing customers, managing open items.
• Supporting AR team with payment methods maintaining.
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly regular financial reports.
• Ongoing e‑mail communication in Romanian and English.
• Collaborate with other teams and internal customers.
