The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic starter / young professional to strengthen the team in the operational heart of the company: Merchant Operations. This department is responsible for a range of operational processes, including daily statement processing, data-entry, remittance handling, file handling, chargeback & disputes, and much more. Confused by this specific terminology? Do not worry! We will explain what this all means when you join our team.

The Merchant Operations department consists of 60 dedicated professionals, who all have one thing in mind: providing the best service for our Merchants. You will be a part of the Chargeback Resolution Team of 9 Dispute Specialists . This team is responsible for Chargeback & Dispute Management handling. As with every team, our team is only as strong as the weakest link; therefore, you must be able to work well in a team, have a strong team spirit, and love working together with your colleagues. Together we can make it happen!

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  1. You will handle disputes on behalf of our clients (merchants).
  2. You will analyze the dispute documentation and evidence provided by our clients.
  3. You will create the daily reports.
  4. You will attend daily meetings where we discuss escalations.
  5. You will learn the business model of our merchants to enable you to better analyze documentation or evidence.
  6. You will contribute to the departmental SLA (Service Level Agreement).
  7. You love working in a team but are not afraid of making a decision yourself.
  8. You will contribute to various chargeback and dispute related tasks within the team.

  1. English and Polish at a very good level.
  2. Bachelor’s degree.
  3. Creativity, looking for more efficient ways of work.
  4. Openness and ability to work in an international team.
  5. Ability to confidently contribute during meetings and calls.
  6. Ability to think pro-actively and communicate well with fellow team members and manager.
