requirements-expected :
Strong and extensive background in Data Management within an Enterprise organisation
Experience independently managing a portfolio of projects
Specialism in at least one Data discipline, for example:
Data Governance Knowledge: Understanding data governance principles and compliance regulations
Data Management: Proficiency in data architecture, data modelling, and data quality assurance
Other Technical Proficiencies: Familiarity with database systems, ETL
(Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data analytics tools
Ability to clearly articulate detailed requirements to both Senior and Technical stakeholders in a meaningful and understandable way
Self-reliant and resilient – enjoys freedom to create, manages uncertainty and navigates changing environments
Experience of operating in a large-scale customer contact centre / out-sourcing environment; experience of working with and delivering to multiple clients & stakeholders is paramount – both at a senior and detailed level
Strong experience working in a large and complex Enterprise organisation –
Preferably in a multi-geography structure
Strong Problem-Solving experience - The ability to troubleshoot issues and find innovative solutions is crucial
Experience and comfortable working with Senior Stakeholders
Experience of ability to balance multiple priorities
Strong experience in the Microsoft stack
