Embark on a rewarding career journey with us!”. - Aleksandra Jasiukiewicz, Manager, Customer Service, EMEIA**What you will do*** Daily collaborate and communicate with customers* Handle customer contracts, orders and invoicing with focus on MEIA region* Handle customer inquiries, claims and supplier questionnaires* Coordinate international shipments, including container transport* Prepare and verify export documentation (invoices, packing lists, etc.).* Handle Letters of Credit and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.* Initiate and control customer master data creation and quality* Assist Sales in inquiry handling and support Sales with market, product and customer information* Support full transparency of customer requirements across internal interfaces* Support continuous improvement of customer service processes and ways of working**Who you are*** You have minimum 3 years of working experience in Customer Service or similar tasks* You can establish good relationships with customers, colleagues and external partners* You have order management process knowledge* You are familiar with MEIA/MEA market dynamics and cultural nuances* You have solid understanding of export procedures, Incoterms and trade documentation* You pay attention to details, have good organizational skills and can prioritize your workload* You are customer centric, proactive and flexible* You work well as a part of the team as well as independently* You have SAP and Salesforce knowledge - it is considered an asset* You are fluent in English (any other European language is seen as asset)**This is what we offer to you*** **A meaningful job**: We have an inspiring purpose “We renew the everyday for a future beyond fossils”.
