BFF Banking Group is the largest independent specialty finance in Italy and a leading player in Europe, specialized in the management and non-recourse factoring of trade receivables due from the Public Administrations, securities services, banking and corporate payments.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of debtors to reconcile receivables
• Identify disputes and overdue classifications in a timely manner
• Ensure receivables are paid within agreed timelines
• Collaborate with the team based in the Rome office and liaise with headquarters
• Communicate effectively with the Italian Public Administration via phone and email
• Accurately update all retrieved information in the internal IT system

Our Requirements

• Knowledge of English (spoken and written on B2 level)
• Knowledge of Italian (spoken and written on C1 level)
• University degree in Economics, Law or a related field
• Min.1 year of experience in call centers (Italian market)
• Strong target orientation and flexibility to meet multiple deadlines and priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
