Specialist, Compliance & AML (m/f)



Your responsibilities

  • Participation in the Compliance and AML reporting process.
  • Monitoring changes in legislation and sectoral regulations, analyzing their impact on the company's operations and recommending adjustments and changes to the company's internal documentation
  • Participation in the process of developing training and educational programs in the field of Compliance, AML, and personal data protection.
  • Participation in the preparation, supervision, and implementation of the AML/CFT process, in particular the performance of the obligations arising from legislation in this area.
  • Participating in the process of applying financial security measures and risk assessment of the Company's clients in terms of AML/CFT.
  • Participation in the process of monitoring, evaluating, and reporting suspicious transactions in terms of money laundering and terrorist.

Our requirements

  • Knowledge of English (spoken and written at at least B2 level).
  • Knowledge of Italian language (nice to have).
  • University degree in Law, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • 3–5 years of experience in AML/Compliance, preferably in the international banking sector.
  • Good understanding of AML/CFT regulations and sectoral regulations (PSD2) and KNF/EBA guidelines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and structural thinking skills combined with excellent communication abilities.
  • Strong reporting and data presentation skills, with the ability to prepare clear and accurate reports.
  • Result-driven, well-organized, team-oriented, open to change and process automation.
