Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth and on‑time processing of import and export shipments
• Optimize and secure documentation of procedures and processes
• Provide support and expert advice to customers
• Execute customs clearance procedures
• Manage correspondence with customers, agents, and service providers
• Prepare offers and follow up on the offer process
• Conduct sales negotiations
• Process and secure customer invoices
• Monitor meetings and deadlines
• Handle invoicing and general administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with all regulations for Dangerous Goods shipments
• Actively contribute to a safe and secure work environment by reporting risks and suggesting improvements

Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship in international forwarding or business administration
• Proven experience in international freight forwarding
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Quick comprehension and a reliable, precise working style
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Strong team player with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude
• Fluent in Polish (oral and written), with good English skills
