AMS is looking to bring on board a Specialist - Talent Sourcing with English. You will become a part of an experienced global talent acquisition team supporting our client, a renowned global financial services organization, as part of their planned transformation project. Your role will be pivotal in building collaborative relationships with client in support of hiring top talent in the market.

Who are we looking for?

Specialist - Talent Sourcing passionate about identifying, attracting and matching people with career opportunities, and thus helping our client have a talented and diverse workforce. The opportunity is available for client-oriented professionals with experience in sourcing high-calibre individuals through the use of effective and innovative sourcing methodologies & tools.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as a strategic sourcing support to AMS Recruitment Partners and client’s Hiring Managers.
  • Interpreting resourcing plans, defining role requirements and developing innovative sourcing techniques (networking, headhunting, engaging passive talent via various world-class tools and platforms).
  • Providing subject matter expertise and talent intelligence in recruitment discussions and vacancy briefing calls with Hiring Managers, leaving the discussion with a detailed understanding of the client’s business, the requirements, and unique selling points of the role.
  • Driving talent sourcing through Boolean search via LinkedIn, Company websites etc., as well as through different and unconventional tools.
  • Being accountable for the delivery of high-quality, engaged candidate shortlists to your Hiring Managers with accurate and complete information to help them make informed hiring decisions. As a Trusted Advisor, make clear recommendations on your shortlisted candidates.
  • Timely updating and engaging with Recruitment Partners and Hiring Managers at various levels.
  • Ensuring constant flow of most relevant candidates for each opening.

You’ll need to demonstrate:

  • Full professional proficiency in English both written and spoken.
  • A solid background in proactive sourcing, headhunting, and candidate attraction.
  • Experience coming from supporting financial services sector or roles will be beneficial.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to handle senior stakeholders and demanding needs.
  • Analytical skills, data driven and inquisitive mindset with the ability to think out of the box on non-linear searches.
  • Result-oriented approach to responsibilities.
  • Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases and various ATS systems. Familiarity with SuccessFactors and Eightfold would be an asset.

You’ll also need the ability to:

  • Influence, negotiate, and persuade
  • Credibly present information to stakeholders
  • Analyse and interpret data to form clear conclusions, and articulate the stories it tells
