We’re building a brand‑new team in ING Hubs Poland to support the Global Procurement team and are looking for experienced professionals who want to work globally while staying connected locally.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics or related field.
  • 2‑5 years of experience in data analysis, analytics and visualization, preferably in an international organization.
  • Strong technical background in SQL and data elaboration, plus Power BI dashboards and similar visualization tools.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders – translating business questions into analytical problems and delivering data‑driven insights.
  • Ability to build clear and concise insights for various stakeholders.
  • Proactive, independent approach and good grasp of working in international environments.
  • Resilience and ability to manage ambiguity and complexity.
  • Very good organizational and communication skills, multitasking and prioritisation.
  • Very good English skills (spoken and written) (B2/C1).
  • Familiarity with Procurement and regulatory related dashboards or financial industry.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and validate data from multiple systems, databases and other sources.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and monitor KPIs and metrics to support business performance and decisions.
  • Translate business requirements into data dashboards and maintain them.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define data requirements and provide analytical support.
  • Support data governance efforts by ensuring data accuracy, consistency and completeness.
  • Identify data quality issues and collaborate with global departments to resolve them.
  • Maintain documentation of data sources, methodologies and assumptions.
  • Oversee all procurement Netherlands‑related tasks and risks (control testing, iRisk administration, user access management, record retention deletion, end‑user computing, Buyright user group, ESG, procurement pipeline, KPIs) in close collaboration with the Procurement Risk & Compliance officer.
  • Act as the Procurement Netherlands Data Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Privacy Office, ROPA, CDO/Data Steward, Data Insights User Group, Regulatory Program SPOC (e.g. DORA, ITRS), and Group Procurement.

We are seeking a highly motivated Procurement Data Analyst to join our international team. In this role, you will support the NL Procurement Team by providing visibility to a wider audience of stakeholders. The role will be accountable for data requirements collection, delivering dashboards and securing data quality.
