Overview
Spec, Accounts Receivable EMEA with Italian. Vantive is a vital organ therapy company on a mission to extend lives and expand possibilities for patients and care teams. We are building on a 70-year legacy in kidney care and advancing digital solutions and services to improve the dialysis experience. We seek a motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist with Italian to manage a given portfolio, improve cash collections, and reduce disputes.
What Youll Do
- Complete daily collection activities as prioritized by the debt collection software.
- Contact customers on delinquent accounts for resolution and payment; record all activities in the collection system.
- Understand customer profiles and sensitivities; develop a solid understanding of the customer base and company structure for effective issue resolution.
- Communicate account delinquency information to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader and Sales personnel as outlined by standard processes.
- Resolve unidentified payments and other payment-related issues with the Global Cash Application Team.
- Resolve A/R related disputes within predefined timeframes and within own area of responsibility; review dispute documentation and assign to appropriate internal owner.
- Enter notes into Get Paid and provide sufficient information and documentation to the owner.
- Engage with customers to resolve unidentified disputes, secure additional documentation as needed, and assign accordingly; escalate unresolved disputes to internal owners as needed.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Pricing, Customer Service, Marketing, Sales) to obtain additional information.
- Follow up on disputes deemed invalid; identify repetitive issues and communicate root causes to drive improvements.
- Support training and process improvement efforts; stay up to date with accounts receivable standard processes and technology.
- Achieve past due percentage and cash target goals.
What Youll Bring
- Bachelor degree in Finance.
- 2+ years of experience in SSC or similar corporate role focused on data analytics.
- Functional knowledge of accounts receivable and dispute management processes.
- Fluency in Italian.
