This position is ideal for motivated individuals who are fluent in Spanish and have a substantial background in B2B sales. As a crucial member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients while promoting our clients outstanding products and services in the thriving Polish market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities through thorough market research and networking efforts.

- Achieve and surpass sales targets while contributing to the overall business growth strategy.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.

- Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or a related role is essential.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work autonomously.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Willingness to relocate to Poland for this position.
- Aptitude to adapt to working in a multicultural environment with diverse clients.
- 2+ years of sales experience and/or business to business (B2B) sales experience.
