SPANISH COORDINATOR / Finance Treasury Department

Location: Poznań

Work Model: Hybrid (1-2 days in office, 3 days remote)

Salary: 9/10.000 PLN

Key Responsibility Areas:

  1. Supervise the team
  2. Hold regular team meetings
  3. Support resolving employee queries
  4. Coordinate and participate in month-end close activities and Treasury reporting
  5. Support daily treasury activities performed by the team

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance & accounting
  • Good knowledge of Spanish
  • English proficiency: minimum A2/B1
  • Ability to identify and select the most effective and suitable options to achieve goals
  • Ability to work under pressure, flexible approach, self-driven
