Your role:

• Plan and execute strategic sourcing initiatives
• Provide market insights and advise talent partners and hiring managers
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential candidates
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate the interview process
• Engage in initial candidate communication and create job postings

Further responsibilities include nurturing a robust talent community and ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process to enhance candidate experience. As we expand our team, we are also considering hiring an additional Sourcer who would operate during European working hours.

Your Qualifications:

We are seeking a professional with a strong background in business administration, communication, human resources, or marketing, complemented by hands-on sourcing experience.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Human Resources, or Marketing.
• Experience in sourcing using diverse methods, with specific experience in the US market
• Experience in candidate experience management and market insights
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently under tight deadlines.
