Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing project strategies adapting to a diverse range of business needs and service requirements.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers, ensuring competitive terms and compliance with our strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with legal experts and internal stakeholders to optimize service offerings and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
• Leverage your expertise to drive efficiency and effectiveness in service engagements.
• Evaluate and select service providers based on criteria for quality, reliability, and innovation.
• Develop relationships with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management and/or proven track of at least 3 years of experience in the sourcing area.
• Proven background in Real Estate / Services sourcing projects and with contract negotiations.
• Fluent in spoken and written English (German, French will be an advantage).
• Strong commercial acumen and expertise in negotiating and structuring complex deals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
• Contract review in English, drafting and creation of various agreements, including NDAs, Master Agreements, Statements of Work, etc.
• A proactive, curious mindset with hands‑on approach.
