Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and key suppliers
• Leading assigned sourcing initiatives, from routine renewals to strategic purchases
• Conducting market tenders and managing evaluation across a cross‑functional team to determine supplier selection
• Understanding business requirements and structuring deals to meet those requirements
• Negotiating deals to achieve optimal commercial terms, including leading e‑auctions
• Drafting contracts based on standard terms and conditions

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management or an equivalent (bachelor’s degree)
• English is a must; German, Italian, or French is nice to have
• Proven experience in sourcing across MRO, Workwear and Office Supplies, with at least five years of tendering experience
• Hands‑on approach for deal execution, managing deals end to end with minimal oversight
• Client/stakeholder focus within the corporate environment with the gravitas to influence senior stakeholders
• Experienced negotiator with excellent communication skills
• Experience in contract understanding and drafting, with limited requirement for specialist legal support
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, often to tight deadlines, and deliver results
• Professional team player, motivated and highly flexible
