- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in procurement activities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sourcing performance and cost metrics.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sourcing Manager should have:
- Proven experience in relocating supplier base from Europe or North America to Asia - essential requirement
- A degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in procurement and supplier management in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills to drive cost-effective sourcing decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
