Job Tasks:

• Representing Logistics in cross-functional sourcing committees to nominate suppliers for the companybrands
• Coordinating and aligning logistics requirements throughout the sourcing process (including logistics concepts, ratings, and cost optimization) across all company brands
• Supporting procurement projects to optimize processes at the interface between Logistics and Procurement
• Actively participating in international, cross-functional projects
• Driving continuous improvement and adaptation of logistics processes in response to structural, process, and network changes
• Contribute to group wide initiatives and exchanging ideas with colleagues from other logistics areas and procurement, and participating in company working groups

• Background: adegree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field
• Experience: 3-7+ years in logistics or procurement –ideally in automotive/industrial manufacturing or 3PL/4PL environments
• Languages: fluent English; German is a big plus
• Collaboration: strong stakeholder management across functions and levels; confident facilitator for workshops and cross brand/plant alignment
• Willingness and ability to travel to plants and partners
