ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sourcing projects from initial scope definition to final contract management and reporting.
- Prepare and execute RFXs using modern e-sourcing tools.
- Lead negotiations on contract terms, document savings, and report on key metrics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including engineering, finance, and logistics teams.
- Ensure full compliance with global procurement standards.
- Track and report on KPIs such as savings and payment terms.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues, delays, or supplier challenges.
- Discover and pursue new opportunities for sourcing and cost-saving projects.
WYMAGANIA:
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, with a focus on areas like CAPEX, MRO, direct materials or other strategic investments.
- Proficiency in French and English at a C1 level or higher.
- Proven experience in drafting sourcing plans, creating business cases, and executing sourcing projects with a total cost of ownership approach.
- Hands-on experience with e-sourcing tools and ERP systems.
- Previous experience in a matrix-managed organization is a plus.
- A university-level degree.
