Manage sourcing projects from initial scope definition to final contract management and reporting.
Prepare and execute RFXs using modern e-sourcing tools.
Lead negotiations on contract terms, document savings, and report on key metrics.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including engineering, finance, and logistics teams.
Ensure full compliance with global procurement standards.
Track and report on KPIs such as savings and payment terms.
Proactively identify and address potential issues, delays, or supplier challenges.
Discover and pursue new opportunities for sourcing and cost-saving projects.
WYMAGANIA:
Requirements:
A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, with a focus on areas like CAPEX, MRO, direct materials or other strategic investments.
Proficiency in French and English at a C1 level or higher.
Proven experience in drafting sourcing plans, creating business cases, and executing sourcing projects with a total cost of ownership approach.
Hands-on experience with e-sourcing tools and ERP systems.
Previous experience in a matrix-managed organization is a plus.
A university-level degree.
