Key Responsibilities

• Execution of sourcing projects including full end to end management (scope discussion, sourcing execution, contract management and reporting)
• RFXs preparation and execution including eSourcing solutions
• Negotiations, contract terms discussion, savings documentation and reporting
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders across Engineering, Finance and Logistics
• Ensure compliance with global defined documents
• Deliver on procurement SLA/KPI: savings, payment terms negotiation, delivery terms
• Alert on hurdles, time delays & supplier issues in managed markets
• Identify opportunities for sourcing/saving projects

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of overall relevant experience in Sourcing & Procurement, mostly in strategic initiatives (Capex Investment / MRO, direct materials)
• Hands‑on experience in e‑Sourcing projects across categories
• Good command of English & Turkish (minimum C1 level)
• Proven experience in drafting sourcing plans, business case creation and sourcing execution including TCO approach
• Hands‑on experience in an ERP environment
• Exposure to RFx/eSourcing tools, experience on leading platforms
• Experience in a matrix‑managed organization is an asset
