Qualifications
- 2/3 years of experience in sourcing and procurement domain
- Experience in working with MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook
- Ensuring efficiency & high quality of the processes
- Analytical mindset
- Clear understanding of the big picture as well as data related details
- Good team player
- Effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers, suppliers, and co-workers
Responsibilities
- Purchase Orders creation & changes in SAP
- General mailbox monitoring and handling client queries
- Validating requisitions (operating on the clients system)
- Effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers
- Dispute Management – ability to analysis of issues and provide corrective actions
- Interacting with internal and external teams through mail or chat
- Working during bank holidays to cover operational tasks
