Sourcing & Procurement Digital Transformation (Senior) Project Manager

Qualifications

  • Min 5 years of experience in SSC or BPM environment
  • Experience in process improvement, redesign, and harmonization (preferably in the Digital environment)
  • Experience in transformation projects in automation, tools & platform solutions implementation (knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and software such as Azure DevOps, MS Project, JIRA)
  • Minimum 8 years of hands‑on experience in project management with a substantial focus on procurement
  • Excellent problem‑solving, consulting skills and business acumen with quantitative and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent Project Management skills and ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage project plan and deliverables
  • Proven experience in supplier onboarding and hierarchy management; SAP expertise would be an asset
  • Good communication and client‑facing skills, managing multiple stakeholders and conflicts
  • Mobility up to 30%
  • Thinking outside the box and strong problem‑solving skills

Key Activities

  • Manage Associate Consultant and Consultant teams advising clients on business value realization
  • Design enterprise‑leading solutions for clients targeting precise business problems with suitable blend of modalities, delivery mechanisms, industrial approaches and technologies, ensuring solution selling and fulfillment of billable/non‑billable services
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, legal and other team members as suitable
  • Define, lead and support complex Digital transformations in BPM environment (digital process consulting and/or SSC advisory)
  • Understand as‑is business processes, design to‑be processes/operating models, capture and analyse client requirements leading to implementation through one or more levers (technology & non‑technology)
  • Define and execute transformation roadmap from current state to desired future state
  • Conduct detailed process assessments and identify opportunities & projects leveraging Digital Transformation levers, prepare implementation plans and present for evaluation and approval by the client
  • Leverage Digital transformation and best‑in‑class market solutions to improve customer experience, efficiency & quality and deliver value by releasing human potential
  • Manage transformation projects in automation, tools & platform solutions implementation
  • Assess external benchmarks and best‑practice trends to define long‑term process vision, strategy, objectives, and performance goals as well as the operating model required to effectively execute the process in scope
  • Drive process standardization and continuous improvement
  • Establish and run governance with internal and external stakeholders, pro‑actively monitoring & tracking issues for completion
  • Act as a link between operation, business and IT teams
