Description

In this role, you will take ownership of collecting, cleaning, and analyzing a variety of procurement data that will provide our team vital insights to enhance sourcing strategies, improve supplier performance, and realize process efficiencies.

Role Expectations

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track KPIs such as sourcing contributions, spend under management, supplier performance, procurement process SLAs, and policy compliance.
  • Lead data cleansing, enrichment, and classification efforts to improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Partner with category managers to support sourcing initiatives with data‑driven insights.
  • Analyze procurement and sourcing data to identify cost‑saving opportunities, supplier consolidation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in the development and execution of sourcing events (RFx, direct negotiations), including spend data collection and bid response analysis/scorecards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance sourcing operations and procurement processes; identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for MRP validation, applying planning assumptions and buffer logic.
  • Execute and monitor MRP processes in SAP APO/ECC, including BOM management, inventory analysis, and demand‑supply alignment.
  • Prepare and upload forecasts for long‑term planning, ensuring accurate data integration and adjustments across regions.
  • Collaborate with procurement and sourcing teams to align purchase orders, resolve supply issues, and communicate planning updates.

What Were Looking For

  • B.A./B.S. or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar data‑driven role within finance.
  • Able to interpret rough requirements/goals & effectively translate complex data into clear, insightful findings.
  • Strong attention to detail; ability to identify inaccuracies & discrepancies.
  • Familiarity with SQL or other database languages & PowerBI.
  • Advanced Excel for forecast templates, data validation, and scenario analysis.
  • Strong understanding of MRP principles, demand‑supply planning, and inventory optimization.
  • Ability to navigate through a matrixed organization & collaborate in a cross‑regional team.

Additional Information

This range includes an estimated base salary, covering various levels of experience for the role.

Additionally, the position is eligible for an annual bonus of up to 10% of the annual base salary.

The final offer is determined based on the scope of the role, level of responsibility, experience, education, completed training, and key competencies of the candidate.
