You will work within our global Talent Acquisition CoE, playing a key role in identifying and building talent pools across our global locations and business units with a focus on the German market. You will partner with recruiters and key stakeholders, providing talent sourcing and engagement to deliver on real‑time needs as well as pipeline and succession plans. You will be comfortable working with passive and active talent pools and take care of an exceptional candidate experience.
