Job Description

You will work within our global Talent Acquisition CoE, playing a key role in identifying and building talent pools across our global locations and business units with a focus on German market.

You will partner with recruiters and key stakeholders, providing talent sourcing and engagement to deliver on real time needs as well as pipeline and succession plans. You will be comfortable working with passive and active talent pools. You will take care of an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize targeted sourcing strategies, tools and methodologies to ensure consistent talent pipelines
  • Ability to flex approach to create, build and maintain relationships across a wide demographic of talent
  • Conduct market mapping and prepare talent insights
  • Ensure data integrity of information uploaded to ATS (Oracle Recruiting Cloud)
  • Be an active and visible member of the Global TA team supporting on a variety of projects across our locations and business units
  • Work closely with other Sourcers, Recruiters, University Relations team and Hiring Managers
  • Take ownership of tasks, to embed a clear sense of accountability for delivering projects
  • Leverage diversity sourcing tools

Qualifications

  • Fluent English and German
  • Demonstrable experience of sourcing within: Agency/RPO/In-house recruitment environment
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and methodologies, with ability to discover new talent
  • Confident and articulate phone manner
  • Excellent communication & influencing skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Accurate and detail oriented
  • A collaborative team player with ability to work both autonomously and as part of virtual team
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office and enterprise ATS/CRM
