- We are looking for a Sourcer to join our team.
What a Sourcer will do:
- Execute the recruiting strategy designed by the LeadRecruiter; optimize the strategy
- Process the incoming flow of job candidates’ requestsfrom job boards and Algothic website
- Process the existing database of job candidates
- Build long-term relationships with job candidates
- Help improve processes in the Recruiting service
We expect that a Sourcer:
- Has 2+ years of experience working with people in anysphere
- Has completed any IT recruitment or sourcing course
- Has at least Upper-Intermediate English
- Has fluent Russian
- Has basic knowledge of IT: programming languages,software development process, and roles in a team
- Is interested in recruiting and wants to grow in thissphere
Will be a plus:
- You speak Polish
- You have experience working in recruiting or sourcing
