Dyson is a global technology enterprise. We solve the problems others choose to ignore, with surprising new inventions that defy convention and simply work better. We’re driven by progress and thrive on the challenge of relentless improvement. We’re growing fast and our ambition is huge – more categories, more locations, and more people.
Pioneering technology takes more than just inventive engineers. At Dyson, we take a problem-solving approach to everything we do. And across our support teams, we’re proud to be different. And importantly, we support change to maintain our rapid growth.
The Dyson Business Services (DBS) organisation provide process and service excellence to support Dyson’s growth ambitions with a goal of innovating and enhancing services over time to meet the changing needs of the business.
The DBS Source to Pay Product Analyst, responsible for OCR, VIM and Fiori is foreseen to provide high quality support for the teams working with the solutions, as well as drive further enhancement and development of these.
The role is pivotal in ensuring process efficiency, compliance and stability within the S2P area.
It is designed to link the DBS (Business) area with the IT function in recognizing and representing the DBS requirement to the IT teams responsible for maintenance and development of the relevant IT Product.
The Source to Pay Product Analyst will be responsible for resolving Level 0-1 tickets and change requests, as submitted by the team, but is also expected to provide recommendation to the business and co-create the solutions’ development roadmap.
