Solutions Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping and executing the marketing strategy for our product offerings. The role involves collaborating with product management and marketing communications to develop effective positioning and messaging tailored to target buyer personas. The successful candidate must represent in-depth market intelligence to understand buyer behaviors, key criteria, and the competitive landscape. The Solutions Marketer will create and implement marketing plans and support the training of sales teams. This role is located in Poland, but will work with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas.
  2. Market intelligence: Be the expert on our buyers, who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria.
  3. Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.
  4. Develop a marketing plan for the products you support in conjunction with our marketing team, including key activities to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers.
  5. Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis and report back to the business on required changes.
  6. Plan the launches of net-new products and releases of existing products and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
  7. Understand and document our buyers process, including where they get information and the who, what, when and why behind their decisions. Then, based on what you learn, drive changes to our sales and marketing processes.
  8. Understand and support our sales channels; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.
  9. Act as the primary thought leader for the products you support externally, including speaking engagements and written works.

Requirements

  1. 3+ years of product marketing experience with at least 1 year of experience in a market-facing role (e.g. delivering presentations to customers and prospects, conducting competitor analysis and market research).
  2. Preferred experience in broadband or telecom industry, or at minimum B2B technical marketing.
  3. Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office or Basecamp.
  4. Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is or isn’t working, and ability to suggest changes.
  5. Must be strong in content writing, such as white papers, case studies, and webpage content.
  6. Preferred skills in public speaking skills.
  7. Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties.
  8. Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or comparable work experience.
