For our client, an international logistics company, we are looking for a Solutions Delivery Coordinator to support clients across Europe. This role combines customer engagement, solution design, and project coordination, offering the opportunity to work on international projects and collaborate with diverse teams.
Your responsibilities:
Support customers through direct contact and collaboration with internal teams
Develop and implement tailored solutions for customers and internal stakeholders, present solutions and ensure they meet client needs
Lead projects from start to finish, keeping timelines and deliverables on track
Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
Work closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure seamless execution.
What we expect:
2–3 years of professional experience in a similar role
Industry logistics knowledge (customer solutions, supply chains, healthcare, automotive)
Understanding of regulatory environments
General project management skills: ability to run project plans, action trackers, manage teams, motivate people, and solve problems
Strong communication and resilience skills
Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel within Poland and Europe (approx. 25%)
