Shaping system architecture and defining design and quality standards.
Translating business and technical needs into coherent models and solution directions.
Analyzing existing platforms and selecting suitable technologies and integration approaches.
Designing integration concepts and communication flows between systems.
Estimating development efforts and supporting teams throughout the delivery process.
Monitoring system performance, interpreting metrics, and recommending improvements.
Preparing technical documentation and presenting architectural concepts to stakeholders

Master-level certification in software development or solution architecture (e.g., TOGAF) and UML Foundation certification OR similar (e.g. Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
Master’s degree or 5 years of higher education in ICT
Principal architect for multiple software platforms.
Expert in enterprise system architecture and design.
Skilled in scalability, security, and performance planning.
Strong technical knowledge: databases, middleware, integration, Microsoft platforms, BI, GIS.
Proficient in UML and architectural modelling tools (Sparx EA, ARIS, etc.).
Experienced with software lifecycles and methodologies (RUP, ISO, Agile).
Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.
Practical experience with large-scale knowledge systems.
Development of custom .NET solutions.
Familiarity with Kafka, SQL Server, Redis, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Azure DevOps.
Experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native solutions.
