Why do we need you?

We’re looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with sales, technology, and delivery teams to design smart, effective solutions for our pharma clients. You’ll be a trusted advisor, helping clients reach their goals through data, AI, and automation.

We offer:

• B2B contract: from 24,000 PLN net + VAT (EUR 5.600 +)/ monthly
• Up to 10% yearly bonus gross for the results in the field of successful closing deals and contributing to the overall growth of the companys revenue
• 26 paid vacation days + ca. 12 public holidays [yearly
• +5% of salary for professional development (courses, certifications)
• Private health and life insurance, sports card (or equivalent)
• Remote-first culture with flexible working hours (related to project needs)
• MacBook or ThinkPad with Linux and a full setup for efficient work
• 4 paid days per year for training/events + 33 paid sick leave days (paid 80%)

We’re looking for:

• Strong hands-on skills in R (Shiny, Tidyverse, reporting tools) and SAS (Base, Macro, Graph).
• Experience building internal tools and automations that improve speed and quality of work.
• Deep knowledge of clinical data workflows and submission requirements (ISS/ISE, CDISC standards).
• Background in both pre-sales (scoping, proposals) and delivery leadership (technical guidance, architecture).
• Good understanding of AI solutions and how to implement them in the Client’s software solutions landscape.
• Confident speaker and presenter - you enjoy sharing knowledge at conferences or team meetings.
• Excellent communication skills - able to work with both business and technical teams.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, global environment.
